Update

I'm starting to feel stronger every day. The last 2 days I worked 10 hours and 9 hours. I seem to be having trouble sleeping, but I dont feel tired during the day. Go in for bloodwork next week. Hopefully my bloodcount is almost back to normal. My goal is to be back working out by March 1st.

Progress??

I think I'm starting to feel a little better. I seem to have more stamina. Yesterday I lasted the whole day at work. I am not as dizzy either. I have to be careful not to do to much just because I feel better.

Update

Got the results of the biopsies today. Everything came back good.I kinda felt everything was OK but there is always that doubt.So now its just take it easy and get my strength back. I am getting impatient with my recovery. I just want to feel better

My Friday Dr. appt. went well. My blood count is up to 11.6 which is one point higher than when I left the hospital. I am starting to feel better longer into the day now. Usually I'll feel pretty good for a couple of hours and then start feeling weak and dizzy. Time will tell. I just have to be patient.

Dr. Appt

Went to Dratler today and he found some inflamation and ulcerations on my lower esophagus and also some small ulcerations in my stomach. He said they can be treated with medicine and I have a follow up appt in 2 months. He removed a pollup from my colon as well. He took a biopsy of everything and I will get those results in a week. I feel pretty good about things. Time will tell if this is the cause of all my problems, Shortness of breath,Chest pains, no energy, dizziness. I was treated for animeia. I also have a family doctors appt and thats when I,ll find out about my hemoglobin count. When I left the hospital it was at 9.9. I'm told it should be around 13. I will be happy if I see an increase. Its supposed to take a couple of months to recover completely.

Fun Fun Fun

Weds the 12th I get a colonosopy (pardon my spelling) and and upper Gi scope to see where I'm bleeding. Most of the time they said they can fix the problem right there. I hope so. I'm ready to start feeling better. I am not going to be able to go to the gym for at least 2 months.

Another Scare

Saturday night I woke up and with severe stomach pain. I got up to go to the bathroom to throw up and passed out before I got there. Helen heard me fall and called 911. I had to go to the hospital in an ambulace. It turns out I had "gi bleeding" which was caused by my heart medicine. My blood pressure was down to 80/58. I had to get a transfusion and plasma. Thay kept me there till Tues morning. I am better now but its going to take a couple of months to recover.I hope this is the last scare I have for awhile.

Hard to believe its 2011 already. Paid off the mortgage today!! We probably should have done it long ago but there was always something we needed or wanted money for.
